New strategic partnership between Wolfson and the Voltaire Foundation

Sir Tim Hitchens, President, Wolfson College and Professor Nicholas Cronk, Director, Voltaire Foundation, have today announced a new strategic partnership between Wolfson and the Voltaire Foundation. This mutually beneficial and collaborative partnership will build on their shared legacy at the heart of Enlightenment thinking, an interest in pursuing digital humanities, and a commitment to European collaborations. The organisations will work closely together to offer a vibrant academic home for postdoctoral researchers and visiting fellows, and will collaborate on events and seminars through Wolfson’s Digital Research Cluster.

As we near the end of our project to publish the Complete Works of Voltaire, we plan to grow our research activities over the coming years. Our partnership with Wolfson will play a crucial role in enabling us to achieve our ambitions for the future.’
