Dr Alison Oliver

Alison graduated from the University of Oxford with an MA(Hons) in Modern History and Modern Languages, and subsequently took her MSt and DPhil in French literature. Her doctoral thesis was on eighteenth-century novels. She has also worked in business-to-business book publishing at The Stationery Office, Thomson and Wolters Kluwer (UK). Having worked as a research editor on the Complete Works of Voltaire, she is now focusing on transforming the 205 volumes into a digital resource, alongside a brand-new born-digital edition of the complete works of d’Holbach.
